Perinatal support
Personalized doula support through pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period. This work centers steady presence, advocacy, and grounded guidance during a major life threshold.
Support may include prenatal visits, continuous labor and birth support, and early postpartum care.

One-on-one sessions supporting strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. This work emphasizes functional movement and fitness that translates into daily life, helping the body adapt to the physical demands of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.
Sessions are informed by Dara’s training as a pre- and postnatal fitness specialist through ProNatal Fitness, a leader in evidence-based prenatal and postpartum exercise education. Care may include strength work, restorative and recovery-focused movement, breath, and sound practices tailored to each stage of the perinatal journey.
Presence & Integration Sessions
Individual sessions for life transitions, recovery, and periods of transition. This work weaves sound, movement, and energy-based practices to create space for settling, clarity, and embodied awareness.
Sessions adapt to what is most present, offering time to slow down, listen, and reconnect during moments of change.
