My journey unfoldeds where movement, creativity, and spirit meet. Born in Berkeley and raised across Asia, Europe, and Australia, I was shaped by cultural diversity, travel, and expression. Music became my compass early on: I sang on stages from the age of five, wrote songs in my early teens, and won competitions that affirmed its place in my life.
But the deepest lessons didn’t come from singing. They came from silence.
For years, I battled a vocal injury. Singing was impossible, speaking was painful, and even swallowing felt like a struggle. Losing my voice was devastating. It felt as if the very thing that defined me had been taken away.
Yet in that silence, I learned something unexpected: how to truly listen. I began to understand that music is not just performance or entertainment. It is vibration. It is medicine. It is a bridge back to the heart.
The process of healing my voice, through surgery, therapy, and lifestyle changes, revealed the spirituality of sound. I no longer created from a place of performance; I created from prayer.
That shift transformed everything. My professional life moved from the fast pace of NYC celebrity fitness into the broader world of wellness, deeper yogic practices, and healing arts. I came to embrace the truth that body, mind, and spirit are not separate, and that art has the power to restore what feels divided.
Songwriting became cathartic, meditative, and dharmic. Lyrics told stories, but the music itself became an invitation: to connect, to remember, to return to Love.
Recently, in the studio with Marc Copely, I’ve been shaping new songs that feel like prayers. This collaboration has brought fresh energy and artistry into the process, reminding me that creation is never solitary. It is relational, between people, between sound and silence, between the soul and the wider world.
Today, I share music not as spectacle, but as an offering. My upcoming body of work will be released not only as songs on streaming platforms, but also woven with healing practices, mantra-inspired jewelry, and tools for renewal. These are designed as companions for clearing, dreaming, empowerment, and connection.
Silence taught me to listen. Sound taught me to heal. And music continues to remind me of the sacred bond we all share.
