Jumping Jacks, Fighter Style 30 Sec

Cat-Cow 5 x Cat  & 5 x Cow

Forearm Plank

Saw 10 x Saw

Windmill 30 Sec

Take 15-sec breaks between moves!

Shuffle-Squat Jab-Cross 45 sec

Side-Step High-Knee 45 sec

Push Up Angel 45 sec

Mountain to Everest Climbers 45sec
